On a path to exercise (Kerrville Daily Times)

Most school days, dozens of children can be seen walking around the dirt track at Starkey Elementary School. The youngsters, kindergarten through fifth grade, are not mandated to walk laps as a part of a physical education class or because of discipline problems.
