Betty Robinson is proof that no one is too old to exercise. Since 2002, the 82-year-old Palm Desert woman has been the force behind the Riverside County Office on Aging’s Fit After 50 program. She not only teaches four classes a week, but Robinson, a certified trainer, also has instructed about 100 people how to teach the program throughout the county.
