"Zombie" exercise called huge waste of money

SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) – A staged "zombie" attack held here in San Diego is being called a huge waste of money. The simulation was billed as a combat-type event for first responders. It's just one of a list of questionable expenses the Senate is calling out.
