U.S. sues owner of nation’s biggest for-profit hospice chain

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The U.S. Justice Department is suing Chemed Corp and its hospice subsidiaries, including the biggest U.S. for-profit hospice chain, alleging false billings for Medicare hospice services.
