South Africa’s Aspen says talks with GSK over thrombosis drugs continues
JOHANNESBURG (Reuters) – South Africa’s biggest generic drug maker Aspen Pharmacare said on Thursday talks with Britain’s GlaxoSmithKline about its $700 bid for drugs and a factory continues. Aspen offered to buy GSK’s thrombosis drug brands Arixtra and Fraxiparine, sales of which are in decline, along with a related French factory in June.
