Security exercise at Seal Beach Naval Weapons Station may be disruptive

A nationwide military security exercise may cause inconveniences around the Seal Beach Naval Weapons Station next week. From March 19 through March 24, the training exercise may cause increased traffic and delays around the base, Navy officials said.
