Question: I have never exercised and have finally decided that I need to. Experts say that in order to generate results, one must perform cardiovascular exercise for at least 30 minutes. Some suggest an hour of continuous movement. That will be nearly impossible for me to do. Any suggestions you might offer would be appreciated.
