Obama signs veterans’ health care overhaul

President Barack Obama signs into law the Veterans Access, Choice, and Accountability Act of 2014, a bill providing the Department of Veterans Affairs the resources to improve access and quality of care for veterans, Thursday, Aug. 7, 2014, at Fort Belvoir, Va.
