LINCOLN, Neb. — Nebraskans are being encouraged to start 2013 off with some exercise at a state park. Ponca State Park in northeast Nebraska is sponsoring a “First Day Hike” on Jan. 1 to encourage Nebraskans to get active and enjoy the outdoors.
