My question is what kind of diet would you suggest for me? I have no problems getting to a gym or going for a walk/ride or whatever and I have no problems with the healthy food ( I actually prefer eating that to fish & chips/mcdonalds/kfc etc) Walking and doing housework is the best exercise for losing fat and ensure that your diet does not include any high calorie foods.
