Flexing physical and spiritual muscles (St. Louis Post-Dispatch)

April 1, 2009 – Claudia Ochonicky exercises in the early morning at the Christ Memorial Lutheran Church gym. The church, located at 5252 S. Lindgergh Blvd., uses the exercise room as a tool for outreach, which is free for those who complete orientation.
