When Professor Reb Beatty of Maryland’s Anne Arundel Community College arrived at his accounting class to administer a test last week, he hardly could have imagined that he’d be the one getting outsmarted. In a Sept. 20 Facebook post that’s since gone viral, Beatty explained that he’d told his students that they were allowed to bring in a “3×5” cheat sheet to use during the test. Beatty, however, failed to specify the unit of measurement he was referring to.

President Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un have unleashed personal attacks on one another after the U.S. commander in chief’s speech at the United Nations. “Kim Jong Un of North Korea, who is obviously a madman who doesn’t mind starving or killing his people, will be tested like never before!” Trump wrote Friday morning. Hours earlier, Kim delivered a barrage of epithets against Trump, calling “mentally deranged” and “a gangster fond of playing with fire,” according to the New York Times.
Preet Bharara, US Attorney Fired By Trump, Joins CNN As Contributor
Politico’s Michael Calderone reported Preet Bharara, former U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York whom Trump fired in March, joined the cable news network as a senior legal analyst. The network also signed a deal with Walter M. Shaub Jr., the former director of the Office of Government Ethics, who resigned in July.
