Beverage group, businesses sue NYC over sugary drink ban
NEW YORK (Reuters) – Soft drink makers and a restaurant group filed a lawsuit on Friday seeking to block New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s upcoming ban on large sugary drinks.
