Training Exercise Ends In Rescue For Yarmouth Lifeboat

A call for help from the UK Coastguard turned the Yarmouth lifeboat crew's weekly training exercise into a real-life rescue. The lifeboat was tasked with assisting a 10 metre yacht, with a crew of two on board, that was left stranded off Newtown Creek after her propeller fouled on mooring lines.
