In Uganda, a nurse is accused of spreading HIV

In this photograph taken on Thursday, March 20, 2014, a Ugandan nurse, Rosemary Namubiru, sits in court in the capital Kampala, Uganda. She is accused of injecting a two year old boy Mathew Mushabe with HIV/Aids virus. Goaded by journalists who wanted a clear view of her face, the Ugandan nurse looked dazed and on the verge of tears. The Ugandan press had dubbed her "the killer nurse" after the HIV-infected medical worker was accused of deliberately injecting her blood into a two-year-old patient.
