In their latest report, they said they had received allegations that Syrian government forces and rebels had used the banned weapons, but that most testimony related to their use by state forces. Fukushima plant operator reverses claim groundwater not contaminated

The announcement is yet another example of Tokyo Electric initially downplaying a problem, only to revise its findings because of faulty procedures.
