Senior exercise class promotes physical and spiritual fitness (The Advertiser-Tribune)

A table in the meeting room at Bodyworks Fitness & Tanning was laden with cookies, cheese and other snack items Wednesday as the Silver Sneakers senior fitness class gathered for a holiday social event. A closer look revealed bulging grocery sacks below the table. Diane and Larry Wadsworth, owners of the facility and leaders of the class, also were on hand to visit with the participants.
