Lawmakers in Alabama have proposed a bill requiring a new kind of sex ed class – for teachers. The bill has been abandoned because of public outcry, but the problem hasn’t gone away. TV host Arthel Neville is concerned that Alabama is falling down on its duty to screen teachers prior to employment.
